Living Spaces and Bedrooms

• Cobwebs removed up to 12 feet

• Room decor, ceiling fan blades, lamp shades dusted, items lifted when possible

• All furniture cleaned or dusted

• Sofa/Chair cushions removed and vacuumed under

• Window sills, frames, ledges and surfaces cleaned

• Entry doors' glass cleaned inside and out, when accessible and weather permitting

• Wall plates, baseboards, light fixtures, vent surfaces, railings cleaned or dusted when accessible

• Dry dusting electronics

• Beds made

• Floors vacuumed/mopped including  underneath furniture

• Waste baskets emptied

Bathrooms:

• Shower wall, tub, sink, faucets and counter tops cleaned and disinfected

• Vanity Lights dusted (height restrictions may apply)

• Inside and outside of toilet bowl, base and exterior of tank cleaned, disinfected

• Mirrors cleaned and streak-free

• Cabinet doors spot-cleaned when needed 

• Baseboards cleaned

• Waste baskets emptied

Kitchens:

• Sink and faucets cleaned and disinfected

• Range hood & front or under built-in microwave, stove top cleaned and disinfected

• Control knobs taken off and cleaned underneath

• Microwave interior cleaned

• Refrigerator front cleaned (sides and top cleaned when accessible)

• Counter tops cleaned and disinfected

• Cabinet doors cleaned when needed

• Waste baskets emptied
